Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a double floor panel of a building, more specifically, a double that is used to wire the wires, computing and communication lines, etc. to the indoor floor of a high-grade building, office building or high-tech facility holding building without exposure. By constructing the floor panel with stone or tile finishing, the floor panel product can not only be upgraded, but also easy to be cleaned quickly and quickly without damaging the floor panel. It is about.
In general, the floor of a building mainly used as an office or officetel is a double floor structure to facilitate the wiring of wires and telephone connection lines for operating office equipment.
The double floor structure is achieved by arranging a floor panel on a concrete slab layer forming a foundation floor of a building by supporting a floor panel at a predetermined height.
That is, a predetermined space is formed between the concrete slab layer and the floor panel, and wiring is embedded in the space, such as electric wires and telephone connection lines, to prevent the wires from being exposed to the upper part of the floor where construction is completed, thereby deteriorating the appearance. It is.
In addition, the space generated between the concrete slab layer and the floor panel is absorbed by the impact or noise generated on the floor surface of the building to solve the inter-floor noise problem.
Such a double floor panel is usually manufactured using an inorganic material, iron, wood and the like.
Among them, the double floor panel made of an inorganic material can maintain sufficient strength, but because of its high weight, a large load is applied to the entire building.
In addition, when the fiber used in fiber reinforced cement concrete, which is widely used as an inorganic material, is glass fiber, corrosion of the fiber itself is caused by alkali's inherent alkalinity, and asbestos fiber is used because of its small impact strength and human body's harmfulness to asbestos itself. This is not easy. In addition, polypropylene fiber has a problem in strength enhancement due to lack of elastic modulus and dispersibility, carbon fiber has a disadvantage of being expensive.
In view of this point, Patent Application No. 10-2005-0063953 discloses a high strength lightweight panel for double floors and a method of manufacturing the same.
Looking at the conventional high-strength lightweight panel for a conventional double-floor, a single layer structure consisting of a composite composition comprising 1 to 80% by weight of lightweight aggregate and 0.1 to 1% by weight of reinforcing fibers, the lightweight aggregate of 0.1 to 1.5 It consists of natural or artificial aggregates having a specific gravity.
However, the conventional general high-strength lightweight panel for double-floor made in this way comprises 30 to 63% by weight of cement, 30 to 60% by weight of the light weight aggregate in the composite composition, when the impact is applied, the tensile force can be broken to fall off There was only a problem.
In addition, the conventional high-strength lightweight panel for the double flooring material, which is made as described above, the surface is exposed when the construction is spaced apart from the floor, so the appearance is not good, but the utilization is deteriorated. There was a problem that can also take a lot of cleaning time.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, by mixing the fiber material to strengthen the tensile strength and by finishing the surface with a stone or tile on one surface, to solve the above problems, The purpose is to provide a panel for double floors of a building to be able to do so.

In describing the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted so as not to obscure the gist of the invention.
As shown, the double floor panel of the building according to the present invention, the support is installed to enable the height adjustment to enable the wiring of electric wires and telephone connection lines on the bottom surface of the concrete slab layer (10) forming the basic floor surface of the building A plurality of the upper end of the 20 is installed to be close to each other to form an indoor floor surface.
That is, the double-floor panel of the building according to the present invention, the
Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, the double floor panel of the building according to the present invention described in more detail as follows.
First, the
That is, the composite mixture of the
At this time, when the cement is mixed to 60% by weight or less, the cohesion of the product is lowered, and when mixed to 80% by weight or more, the mixing strength of the vegetable fiber and glass fiber is less, so the tensile strength is lacking in the above range. It is preferable to mix to form a composite mixture.
In addition, when the vegetable fiber and glass fiber are also mixed in the above or below the above range, the mixing amount of the cement is increased or decreased so that the coagulation strength of the product is lowered. %, Glass fibers are preferably mixed at 3 to 5% by weight to form a composite mixture.
The
Here, the
The
Here, the
The
At this time, when the
In addition, the
When a double floor panel of a building according to the present invention made in this way to be installed on the concrete slab layer first, as shown in the accompanying drawings 1 to 3, first, height adjustment on the bottom surface of the slab layer (10) This supports a plurality of possible support (20).
When the plurality of
When the
