Claims (8)
- 황동광(CuFeS2) 원광으로부터 구리를 선광하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 황동광(CuFeS2) 원광을 마광시키는 단계(S100);
마광된 상기 원광의 쇄석으로부터 화염을 이용하여 황(S)을 연소시켜 제거하는 단계(S200);
상기 황(S)이 제거된 가공석(CuFe)을 자력으로 선별하여 상기 황(S)의 슬러지로부터 분리시키는 단계(S300);
상기 자력에 의해 선별된 상기 가공석을 구리정광으로 분류하여 수집하는 단계(S400); 및
상기 가공석을 자력으로 상기 황(S)의 슬러지로부터 분리시키는 단계(S300)에서 자력으로 선별되지 않은 상기 가공석을 다시 상기 마광시키는 단계(S100)로 복귀시키는 단계(S500);가 포함되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 구리정광을 얻기 위한 연소선광법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 황(S)을 연소시키는 단계(S200)에서는 상기 쇄석에 화염을 직접 방사하여 상기 황(S)을 연소시켜 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리정광을 얻기 위한 연소선광법. - 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 화염의 온도는 상기 황(S)의 용융온도 또는 발화온도에서 철이 자성을 잃게 되는 퀴리온도까지의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리정광을 얻기 위한 연소선광법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 화염의 방사시간은 0.5초 내지 10초인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리정광을 얻기 위한 연소선광법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 쇄석을 지속적으로 뒤집거나 흔들어주어 상기 황(S)의 연소가 고루 이루어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리정광을 얻기 위한 연소선광법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원광을 마광시키는 단계(S100)에서는 상기 쇄석이 0.01 ∼ 25mm의 입도를 갖도록 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리정광을 얻기 위한 연소선광법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가공석을 자력으로 선별하여 분리시키는 단계(S300)에서는, 자력의 세기가 0.4kG ∼ 10kG인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리정광을 얻기 위한 연소선광법.
