Description

선염 방법을 이용한 N/P 분할사와 메탈릭사의 복합사 제조방법 및 제직방법{Manufacturing Method of Nylon and Polyester Partition Yan and Weaving Method thereof}Manufacturing method and weaving method of composite yarn of N / P split yarn and metallic yarn by using dyeing method {Manufacturing Method of Nylon and Polyester Partition Yan and Weaving Method}

The present invention is a method for producing a composite yarn having a high hygroscopic property of a split yarn (hereinafter referred to as "N / P split yarn") and a metallic yarn made of nylon (Polyester) and polyester (Polyester) through the dyeing method Description of the weaving method.

은사 및 다양한 컬러)는 주로 PET(Poly Ethylen Telephtalatee: 폴리 에틸렌 텔레프탈레이트) 필름을 얇게 절단한 후, 금색, 은색 기타 다양한 색깔의 금속을 코팅하여 제조한다.
N / P split yarn, commonly referred to as microfiber, is a fiber of 0.5 denier or less, and has a myriad of micro spaces generated during splitting (loss), and is an excellent material for absorbing power, washing power, touch feeling, and heat retention (see FIG. 1). Metallic yarns (gold, silver, and various colors) are mainly manufactured by thinly cutting a PET (Poly Ethylen Telephtalatee) film and coating metals of gold, silver, and various other colors.

Microfiber cloths, rags, towels, gowns, etc. are highly regarded for their excellent cleaning power, quick drying, excellent antibacterial properties and durability. However, the use of microfiber has not yet appeared products using microfiber in fabrics such as knits and fashion socks, which have a higher utility value, which is due to various technical problems in the microfiber dyeing method.

The dyeing method can be divided into dyeing, which is a method of dyeing a woven fabric, and a dyeing method, which is a method of dyeing a thread before weaving. Due to the characteristics of divided yarns, dyeing is rarely attempted due to the difficulty of washing with water during the dyeing process. Microfiber dyeing method was usually used after dyeing. However, microfiber yarns have a very high dyeing property, and thus, dyeing in various colors cannot be done by the dyeing method, so that only one color of the woven or knitted fabric can be produced.

On the other hand, if the fabrics woven using N / P split yarns and metallic yarns are reduced and dyed at high temperatures, the metallic yarn melts and the value of the product falls. That is, one should dye at a high temperature of 100 ~ 130 ℃ when dyeing the N / P split yarn, metallic yarn is very likely to melt or shrink and crush at the dyeing temperature. Nevertheless, split yarns and metallic yarns have been dyed after weaving. N / P splitting makes it difficult to dye because the contaminants absorbed or adsorbed in the gaps between nylon and polyester or the ends of the divided nylon are not easily detached due to their steric structure. There have been several attempts at present, but no satisfactory results have been obtained.

As a product using a mixed fabric of split yarn and metallic yarn, it can be used for various purposes such as a loofah and a bath article, but it could not be manufactured as a satisfactory product due to the problem of dyeing.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a mixed yarn of N / P split yarn and metallic yarn, and a method of weaving by mixing N / P split yarn and metallic yarn.
