Claims (3)
- 상하수도관의 메인관(10)과 분기관(20)의 연결 결합시, 메인관(10) 상부 외주면을 원형으로 함몰지게 하여 분기관(20) 일단부에 삽입된 고무링(30)의 안착을 이룸과 동시에 나사산(11a)을 주연에 형성한 채 상기 고무링(30) 상부의 분기관(20) 일단부에 삽입되는 체결너트(40)와의 결합고정을 이루는 함몰확장부(11)와;
상기 함몰확장부(11) 저면에 연속형성되어 메인관(10)의 내부 통로와 연통된 채 나사산(12a)을 주연에 형성하여 분기관(20)의 일단부와 결합고정을 이루는 삽입공(12)과;
상기 분기관(20) 일단부에 삽입되어 상기 함몰확장부(11) 저면을 기밀히 패킹하는 고무링(30)과;
상기 함몰확장부(11) 저면에 안착된 고무링(30)을 하방향으로 가압한 채 내주연은 상기 고무링(30) 상부의 분기관(20) 일단부에 삽입되어 결합고정되고, 외주연은 상기 함몰확장부(11)와 결합고정을 이뤄 이중으로 체결고정되는 체결너트(40)를; 포함하여 구성되는 상하수도관의 분기관 연결구조체에 있어서,
상기 체결너트(40)는,
메인관(10)의 함몰확장부(11) 주연에 형성된 나사산(11a)과 체결고정되는 외주연에 형성된 나사산(40a)과, 분기관(20)의 일단부 주연에 형성된 나사산(21)과 체결고정되는 내주연에 형성된 나사산(40b)으로 이루어져 이중체결로 구성되되,
메인관(10) 함몰확장부(11)와 분기관(20)에서 용이한 회동에 의해 체결고정되도록 렌치를 삽입하여 회동가능하게 상면부에 렌치 삽입홈(41)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 상하수도관의 분기관 연결구조체. - 삭제
