도 2는 본 발명의 발명자에 의해 고안된 기존의 액비생산 시스템을 도시한 도면

도 5 및 도 6 은 본 발명의 제 2 실시예에 따른 액비생산 시스템을 도시한 도면
Claims (5)
- 오폐수 내의 슬러지를 제거하는 전처리 공정부;
상기 전처리 공정부로부터의 처리수가 유입되며 유기물안정화조로서 기능하는 제1유량조정조;
상기 제1유량조정조로부터의 유출수를 공급받아 액비를 생산하며, 분리된 고형물을 상기 제1유량조정조로 반송하는 분리막장치;
상기 제1유량조정조로부터의 유출수가 공급되며 유량 조정 기능을 하는 제2유량조정조;
상기 제2유량조정조로부터의 유출수를 정화처리하는 정화처리 공정부; 및
상기 제1유량조정조로부터 유출되는 탈기된 질소를 산 용액을 이용하여 용해시키는 용해조;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액비생산 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1유량조정조 및 제2유량조정조는 하나의 유량조정조를 분리 구획하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액비생산 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1유량조정조는, 액비 생산이 불필요한 경우 상기 전처리 공정부로부터 유입되는 유입수의 전량을 제2유량조정조로 공급하여, 상기 제2유량조정조와 함께 유량 조정의 기능을 수행하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액비생산 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 정화처리 공정부의 반류수가 상기 제2유량조정조로 반송되는 것을 특징으로하는 액비생산 시스템.
