Abstract
본 발명에 따른 암모니아 분해용 미세유로 반응기에 의하면 고온을 필요로 하는 암모니아 열분해 반응이나, 촉매분해 반응 공정에서 미세유로 반응기를 사용함으로써, 사이즈를 줄인 컴팩트한 반응기를 제공하고, 열효율을 극대화하며, 과잉 에너지 손실 문제를 해결할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (10)
- 암모니아 유입구와 연소 배가스 배출구를 구비하는 상부플레이트;
연료 유입구와 공기유입구 및 상기 암모니아 분해가스 배출구를 구비하는 하부 플레이트;
상기 상부플레이트와 상기 하부플레이트 사이에 미세유로가 형성된 다수의 박판이 적층된 미세유로층을 포함하고,
상기 미세유로층은,
상기 암모니아 유입구로부터 유입된 상기 암모니아가 분해반응에 필요한 반응열 중 일부를 공급받는 암모니아 예열용 열교환층;
상기 암모니아 예열용 열교환층의 하부에 적층되어 상기 암모니아 예열용 열교환층에 흐르는 상기 암모니아에 열을 공급하는 배열회수 열교환층;
상기 배열회수 열교환층의 하부에 적층되어 형성되고 상기 암모니아가 분해되는 분해반응층;
상기 분해반응층의 하부에 적층되어 형성되고 상기 하부플레이트로부터 유입된 연료가 공기가 반응하여 연소하여 암모니아 분해반응열을 상기 분해반응층에 공급하는 연료연소층; 및
상기 연료연소층의 하부에 적층되어 형성되고 상기 하부플레이트로부터 유입된 공기가 상기 연료연소층과 열교환하여 예열되는 공기예열용 열교환층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 분해용 미세유로 반응기. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 암모니아 예열용 열교환층 및 상기 공기예열용 열교환층은,

상기 분해반응층에는 암모니아 분해용 촉매가 도포된 판형촉매층이 삽입되어 있으며,

알루미늄(Al), 티타늄(Ti), 실리콘(Si), 지르코늄(Zr) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 산화물과, 마그네슘(Mg), 세륨(Ce), 란탄(La), 주석(Sn) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 안정화 첨가제 및 백금(Pt), 루테늄(Ru), 팔라듐(Pd), 로듐(Rh) 중 적어도 하나의 활성 귀금속을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 분해용 미세유로 반응기. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연료연소층은
알루미늄(Al), 티타늄(Ti), 실리콘(Si), 지르코늄(Zr) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 산화물과, 마그네슘(Mg), 세륨(Ce), 란탄(La), 주석(Sn) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 안정화 첨가제 및 백금(Pt), 루테늄(Ru), 팔라듐(Pd), 로듐(Rh) 중 적어도 하나의 활성 귀금속을 포함하여 이루어진 산화촉매로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 분해용 미세유로 반응기. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 배열회수 열교환층은
하부에 플레이트층을 더 구비하여 상기 분해반응층과 격리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 분해용 미세유로 반응기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 상부플레이트와 상기 암모니아 예열용 열교환층 및 배열회수 열교환층은 브레이징 접합 또는 확산접합에 의해 접합되어 상부몸체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 분해용 미세유로 반응기. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 분해반응층, 상기 연소층, 상기 공기예열용 열교환층 및 상기 하부플레이트는 브레이징 접합 또는 확산접합에 의해 접합되어 하부몸체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 분해용 미세유로 반응기. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 상부몸체와 상기 하부몸체는 볼트 및 너트로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 분해용 미세유로 반응기. - 제 1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항의 암모니아 분해용 미세유로 반응기를 이용하여 암모니아를 분해하는 방법에 있어서,
(a) 암모니아수 저장용기에 상기 암모니아 분해용 미세유로 반응기가 잠기도록 설치하여 암모니아수를 상기 암모니아 분해용 미세유로 반응기에 공급하는 단계;
(b) 상기 암모니아수 저장용기의 외부로부터 암모니아 분해용 미세유로 반응기로 연료 및 공기를 공급하여 연소시키는 단계;
(c) 상기 연료의 연소에 의해 발생한 열에 의해 상기 암모니아수를 분해하는 단계;
(d) 상기 암모니아 분해가스를 외부로 배출시키는 단계; 및
(e) 연소 배가스를 외부로 배출시키는 단계;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 분해방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 (d)단계에서 배출된 상기 암모니아 분해가스 중 수소 가스를 회수하여 상기 (b)단계에서 공급되는 연료로 재사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 분해방법.
