Claims (8)
- a) 원단의 발수성을 제거하기 위하여 원단을 킬레이트, 정련제, 금속이온봉쇄제가 포함된 탈유제 3% owf로 80~90℃ 에서 30~60분간 탈유처리하는 단계와;b) 상기 탈유처리된 원단을 광촉매 용액에 광촉매 20~40% owf로 침지시켜 상기 원단 양면에 광촉매층을 형성하는 단계와;c) 양면에 광촉매층이 형성된 상기 원단을 160~190℃에서 1~3분 동안 열처리하는 단계와;d) 상기 원단의 일면에 발수제를 스크린 또는 블레이드를 사용하여 발수처리하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 원단의 편발수 가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 d) 단계는 상기 원단의 일면에 발수제를 토출량 30~40g/m2의 스크린을 사용하여 발수처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원단의 편발수 가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 d) 단계는 상기 원단의 일면에 발수제를 토출량 45~60g/m2의 블레이드를 사용하여 발수처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원단의 편발수 가공방법.
