Claims (4)
- 용융금속의 용융환원 및 정련공정에 있어서,상기 용융금속을 수용하는 도가니를 이루는 내화재를 산소에 대한 선택적 투과성을 갖는 고체전해질 재로 하고,상기 용융금속과 접하는 내화재 측을 양극(cathode)으로 하고, 내화재의 외측을 음극(anode)으로 분극시키는 외부 직류전류를 인가함으로써 상기 내화재측의 내측벽에 부착형성된 비금속 재재물을 분해 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 정련 기법을 이용한 비금속 개재물 분해방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 용융금속은 철, 마그네슘, 알루미늄 중 선택된 1종의 금속을 포함하는 용융금속을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 정련 기법을 이용한 비금속 개재물 분해방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 선택적 산소 투과성을 갖는 전해질재인 내화재는 ZrO2에 CaO, MgO, Y2O3, Cr2O3 중에서 선택된 1종이상이 첨가되고, 1000℃이상의 온도에서 높은 이온 전도성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 정련 기법을 이용한 비금속 개재물 분해방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비금속 개재물은 FeO, Cr2O3, MnO, TiO2, Al2O3, MgO, CaO중 선택된 1종이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 정련 기법을 이용한 비금속 개재물 분해방법.
