Abstract

Claims (8)
- 렌즈 후방에 위치되는 후방면, 렌즈 전방에 위치되는 전방면, 및 상기 후방면과 전방면 사이에 연장되며, LED용 집광 렌즈의 측벽을 형성하는 만곡진 형태의 측면을 포함하는 몸체부로 형성된 LED용 집광 렌즈에 있어서,상기 몸체부는 상기 후방면의 중앙부에서 전방면을 향해 형성된 원통 형상의 홈부를 더 포함하고,상기 홈부는,상기 LED로부터 상측 방향을 향한 빛이 입사되는 제1 입사면과,상기 LED로부터 측면 방향을 향한 빛이 입사되는 제2 입사면을 포함하고,상기 제2 입사면에는 상기 LED로부터 입사된 광을 LED의 광축에 수직인 방향으로 굴절하기 위한 고굴절부가 형성되어 있으며,상기 제2 입사면을 통해 입사된 빛은 반사면으로 작용하는 몸체부의 측면에서 반사되어 전방면으로 출사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 집광 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 원통 형상의 홈부는 상측을 향해 테이퍼진 것을 특징으로 하는LED용 집광 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LED용 집광 렌즈는 광축을 중심으로 대칭구조를 갖는 2개의 편을 결합하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는LED용 집광 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 입사면에 형성된 고굴절부는 반사면 측으로부터 제2 입사면측으로 돌출된 일련의 톱니 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는LED용 집광 렌즈.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 입사면으로 입사되는 광선은 LED에 수직한 광축에 대해 ±45°의 범위 내에서 LED에 의해 방사되는 광선이며,상기 제2 입사면으로 입사되는 광선은 LED에 수직한 광축에 대해 ±45°의 범위 이외에서 LED에 의해 방사되는 광선인 것을 특징으로 하는LED용 집광 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전방면으로부터 출사되는 광의 출사 각도는 30°~ 60°범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는LED용 집광 렌즈.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 LED용 집광 렌즈를 형성하는 편은 사출 성형에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는LED용 집광 렌즈.
