Claims (5)
- 광 확산 렌즈를 갖는 엘이디 고광도 단방향 섬광등 구조에 있어서,
내부에 엘이디 램프를 내장하고 전방에 반사판이 형성되며, 그 전면에 다수의 광 확산 렌즈가 수직 일렬로 배열되고, 후면에 방열판이 형성되어 상기 다수의 광 확산 렌즈가 전면을 향하도록 배치된 다수의 광 모듈;
상기 광 모듈의 상단에 형성되어 상기 다수의 광 모듈의 상부를 지지하며, 상기 광 확산 렌즈로부터 방출되는 빛의 상단을 반사시키는 상부 반사 플레이트;
상기 상부 반사 플레이트의 상단에 제공되며, 중앙부분에 상방향으로 수직봉이 형성되고, 좌우 양측으로 각각 날개부가 형성된 반구형 캡;
상기 광 모듈의 하단에 형성되어 상기 다수의 광 모듈의 하부를 지지하며, 상기 광 확산 렌즈로부터 방출되는 빛의 하단을 반사시키는 하부 반사 플레이트; 및
상기 하부 반사 플레이트의 하부에 볼트 결합되어 상부의 구조물을 지지하는 본체 하우징;을 포함하되,
상기 다수의 광 모듈은,
수직방향의 바형태로 형성되어, 상기 하부 반사 플레이트 위에서 서로 인접한 다른 광 모듈과 나란하지 않도록 적어도 3개 이상의 상기 광 모듈이 지그재그 형상으로 교번 배치되어 일방향을 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산 렌즈를 갖는 엘이디 고광도 단방향 섬광등. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 광 확산 렌즈는,
상면에 반구 형상으로 돌출되고, 서로 다른 곡률 반경의 곡면으로 이루어진 투명 재질의 확대부,
상기 확대부의 하면에 형성되며, 상기 엘이디 램프에서 발산된 빛을 그 내측을 통하여 상기 확대부로 전달하는 플렌지부, 및
상기 플렌지부의 저면에 형성되며, 상기 확대부와 반대 방향으로 돌출 형성되어 입사광의 굴절각을 결정하는 보조 확대부를 포함하되,
상기 확대부는,
상부로부터 제1곡면부, 제2곡면부 및 제3곡면부가 순차적으로 형성되되, 상기 제2곡면부는 상기 제1곡면부보다 그 곡률 반경이 크고, 상기 제3곡면부는 상기 제2곡면부보다 그 곡률 반경이 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산 렌즈를 갖는 엘이디 고광도 단방향 섬광등. - 삭제
