- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 생식세포는 정소 또는 부고환에서 유래한 세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 단계 1)의 프라이머 쌍은 바이오마커 유전자의 증폭 산물이 100 내지 300 bp가 되도록 설계된 15 내지 50머 길이의 정방향 및 역방향 프라이머 쌍인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
