- 금형의 성형 표면상에 발생되는 파손부위를 재생하기 위한 금형의 육성용접방법에 있어서,금형의 파손부위에 금속파우더를 일정 적층 높이로 공급하여 적층하고, 상기 파손부위에 고속 스캐너를 통한 저입열의 레이저빔을 일정한 지그재그 모양의 조사패턴을 따라 일정 용접속도로 조사하여 상기 금속파우더와 함께 금형의 파손부위의 일부가 용융되는 용융부를 생성함과 동시에, 상기 용융부에 에어노즐을 통하여 냉각에어를 공급하여 급속 냉각하는 과정을 상기 파손부위의 깊이에 따라 수회 반복하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형의 육성용접방법.
- 제8항에서,상기 레이저빔은Nd:YAG 레이저발진기로부터 발진되는 Nd:YAG 레이저빔으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형의 육성용접방법.
- 제8항에서,상기 레이저빔의 출력은3.2㎾ 내지 3.8㎾의 범위 내에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형의 육성용접방법.
- 제8항에서,상기 조사패턴은반복되는 "V"자 형상의 지그재그 모양으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형의 육성용접방법.
- 제8항에서,상기 일정 용접속도는150mm/sec 내지 250mm/sec의 범위 내에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형의 육성용접방법.
- 제8항에서,상기 금속파우더의 1회 적층 높이는0.8mm 내지 1.2mm 범위 내에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형의 육성용접방법.
