- 내부를 통과하는 난방수가 난방수의 유동방향과 직각방향으로 이동하는 외측의 연소가스와 접촉되어 열교환이 이루어지도록 하는 전열체인 열교환배관과,상기 열교환배관이 간격을 두고 복수개가 길이 방향의 양측 끝단이 삽입되어 결합되는 엔드플레이트를 포함하여 이루어진 가스보일러 또는 가스온수기의 열교환기에 있어서,표면에 열교환배관의 길이방향과 수직한 방향으로 전열핀들이 형성되게 되는 상기 열교환배관은 일정한 폭을 갖는 스테인레스 재질의 금속 박판이 절곡되어 그 단면이 원형, 타원형 또는 직사각형으로 이루어지는 중공부로 형성됨과 아울러, 상기 금속 박판의 폭 방향의 양측 끝단이 길이방향을 따라 외측으로 일정 길이 절곡돌출되는 평탄부가 서로 맞대어지되, 절곡돌출되는 평탄부가 코킹, 해밍, 전기용접 또는 브레이징용접에 의하여 접하여진 플랜지부가 형성되어, 열교환배관과 엔드플레이트간에 정확하게 용접이 될 수 있도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
