- 삭제
- a) 바륨티타네이트 나노입자를 3-트리메톡시실릴프로필메타크릴레이트와 교반함으로써 표면을 개질하는 단계와 상기 표면이 개질된 바륨티타네이트 나노입자및 메틸메타크릴레이트(MMA)를 8:1 ~ 1:1 중량비로 중합 반응시키는 단계;를 포함하는 유전체 잉크 조성물을 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 유전체 잉크 조성물을 은 전극이 형성된 기판 상에 잉크젯 또는 그라비아 인쇄하여 유전체를 형성하는 단계; 및c) 상기 유전체 상에 상위전극을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하여 제조된 캐퍼시터의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계에서 제조된 유전체 잉크 조성물은 8 ~ 100cP 점도인 캐퍼시터의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계의 바륨티타네이트 나노입자는 200nm 이하의 입자로 균일하게 제어된 것을 특징으로 하는 캐퍼시터의 제조방법.
