Claims (1)
- 복색 가역형 감온변색 잉크(100)를 내장하며, 일측에 카메라(300) 및 상기 카메라(300)에 의해 취득된 영상을 전송하는 송신기(310)가 부착되는 누설 탐지를 위한 휴대용 스프레이(200)를 이용한 고온 유체의 누설 탐지 방법으로서,누설이 의심되는 배관류(900) 부위에 상기 스프레이(200)의 감온변색 잉크(100)를 도포하는 분사 도포단계(S10);상기 분사 도포단계(S10)를 통해서 변색 발생 여부를 판단하기 위한 카메라(300)를 이용한 영상 취득단계(S20);상기 카메라(300)의 영상이 촬영되면 이를 송신하는 송신기(310)를 통하여 전송하는 전송단계(S30);상기 송신기(310)를 통해 전송된 데이터를 수신하는 수신단계(S40);상기 수신단계(S40)에서 제공된 데이터를 분석기(600)에서 영상 데이터 분석하여 누설 여부 및 누설량을 판독하는 판독단계(S50); 및상기 판독단계(S50)에서 판독된 정보를 디스플레이(400)를 통하여 누설량 및 누설 여부를 표시하는 표시단계(S60);를 포함하는 고온유체 배관류 및 연결부의 누설 탐지방법.
