- 그로메트 금형 장치의 금형 바디에 설치되는 노즐 장치에 있어서,
성형 몰드의 게이트에 근접하여 액상의 사출 재료를 분출하는 분출구가 그 첨단에 위치하는 팁과, 상기 팁이 그 하부에 끼워지며 액상의 사출 재료가 통과하는 내통과, 내통의 외주연을 감싸는 히터와, 상기 내통의 외주연에 그 길이방향으로 형성된 홈에 끼워지는 온도센서와, 상기 온도센서와 히터를 포함하여 내통을 감싸도록 형성된 외통을 구비하여 구성되고,
상기 금형 바디는 상기 노즐 장치의 설치시에 액상 사출 재료의 역류방지 밀착부가 상기 노즐 장치와의 접촉면이 최소화되도록 구성되며,
상기 액상 사출 재료의 역류방지 밀착부는 상기 노즐 장치의 외통의 하부 외곽이 그 끝에 걸쳐지도록 그 단면이 직각으로 이루어지고,
상기 내통의 외주연의 길이방향 홈이 상기 팁의 결합부분까지 연장되어 형성되어 있고 상기 온도센서는 상기 팁에 근접하여 설치되며,
상기 내통의 외주연을 감싸는 히터가 상기 노즐 팁에 근접하게 연장 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 장치.
