Claims (12)
- RFID 태그용 투명 루프 안테나에 있어서,투명한 플라스틱 재질로 형성되는 기판; 및상기 기판 위에 투명한 금속산화물 재질의 마이크로스트립 전극에 의해 스파이럴 루프 형태로 10mm * 10mm 이하의 면적으로 구현되는 안테나를 포함하고,상기 마이크로스트립 전극은50 ~ 150μm 범위의 선폭, 100 ~ 150μm 범위의 선간격, 그리고 2 ~ 5μm 범위의 선두께를 가지며,상기 기판은상기 마이크로스트립 전극과의 접착력을 향상시키기 위하여 산소 플라즈마 처리되되, 상기 산소 플라즈마 처리는 산소 가스를 15 ~ 20sccm 범위의 유량으로 흘려 주면서 RF 전력을 100 ~ 400Watt 범위로 조절하고, 공정 압력을 20mTorr로 고정하며 공정 시간을 60 ~ 300초 범위로 하는 공정 조건으로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 RFID 태그용 투명 루프 안테나.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속산화물은Ga2O3-ZnO 인 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 태그용 투명 루프 안테나.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 안테나는아르곤(Ar) 가스를 20sccm의 유량으로 일정하게 유지하면서 RF 전력을 150Watt로 고정하고, 공정 압력을 5mTorr로 고정하며 상기 마이크로스트립 전극의 선두께가 2 ~ 5μm 범위가 될 때까지 공정 시간을 유지하여 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 태그용 투명 루프 안테나.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기판은실리콘 및 산화실리콘 구조로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 태그용 투명 루프 안테나.
