Claims (7)
- 전ㆍ후방 하우징(210a, 210b)과, 상기 전ㆍ후방 하우징(210a, 210b)의 사이에 위치하며 다수의 실린더 보어(212)를 갖는 실린더 블록(220)과, 상기 실린더 보어(212)의 안에서 왕복운동하는 피스톤(250)과, 상기 피스톤(250)의 내측에 구비된 슈(252)와 결합되어 회전되는 사판(260)을 포함하는 압축부와; 상기 압축부의 반경 방향 외측에서 상기 사판을 구동하는 모터(Motor)부로 이루어지고,상기 모터부는, 상기 실린더 블록(220)에 대하여 상대적으로 회전되지 않도록 고정된 고정자(Stator, 280)와, 상기 고정자(280)에 대하여 상대적으로 회전되며 상기 압축부의 사판(260)이 일체로 형성된 회전자(Rotor, 270)를 포함하며,상기 회전자(270)는, 상기 실린더 블록(220)의 외주면의 중앙에 형성된 개구에 일부가 삽입된 형태로 회전가능하게 결합되고,상기 사판(260)은, 상기 회전자(270)에서 상기 실린더 블록(220)의 개구에 삽입된 일부의 내측에서 상기 피스톤(250)을 향하여 돌출되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 압축기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전자(270)는 원통 형상으로 형성되며,상기 사판(260)은, 상기 원통형 회전자(270)의 내측면을 따라 일정 각도로 경사지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실린더 블록(220)의 외주면의 바깥측에는, 상기 전ㆍ후방 하우징(210a, 210b)과 연결되고 상기 실린더 블록(220)을 둘러싸도록 모터 하우징(290)이 형성되며,상기 모터 하우징(290)의 외측 내벽면에는, 상기 회전자(270)의 외측면과 대향하도록 상기 고정자(280)가 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실린더 블록(220)의 중앙부에는, 토출실(210a-2)에 모인 압축된 유체가 토출구를 향하여 유동하는 냉매 토출로(300)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전자(270) 또는 상기 실린더 블록(220) 중 적어도 일측에, 냉매 유입부(320)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정자(280)는 코일 권취체이며,상기 회전자(270)는 상기 고정자(280)와 대향하는 외측면에 영구자석(270-1)이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 압축기.
