Claims (11)
- 리튬을 흡수 및 방출할 수 있는 흑연입자, 및상기 흑연입자의 표면 상에 결합 형성되는 금속복합체를 포함하고,상기 금속복합체는 구리(Cu), 니켈(Ni), 티탄(Ti) 및 철(Fe)을 포함하는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제1 금속화합물과, 실리콘(Si)인 제2 금속화합물을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 제1 금속화합물은 상기 제2 금속화합물과 화합물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 음극활물질.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속복합체와 상기 흑연입자의 결합은 상기 제1 금속화합물에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 금속복합체는 상기 제1 금속화합물의 기지에 상기 제2 금속화합물의 입자가 분포되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속복합체가 결합된 상기 흑연입자는 표면에 탄소코팅층이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속복합체에 포함되는 상기 제2 금속화합물의 함량은 상기 금속복합체 전체 대비 25 내지 50wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 리튬 이온을 삽입 및 탈리할 수 있는 양극활물질을 포함하는 양극,리튬 이온을 삽입 및 탈리할 수 있는 음극활물질을 포함하는 음극,상기 양극 및 음극 사이에 개재되어 함께 권취되는 세퍼레이터, 및상기 리튬 이온을 이용시킬 수 있는 전해질을 포함하고,상기 음극활물질은 리튬을 흡수 및 방출할 수 있는 흑연입자,상기 흑연입자의 표면 상에 결합 형성되는 금속복합체, 및상기 금속복합체가 결합된 상기 흑연입자의 표면에 형성된 탄소코팅층을 포함하고,상기 금속복합체는 구리(Cu), 니켈(Ni), 티탄(Ti) 및 철(Fe)을 포함하는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제1 금속화합물과, 실리콘(Si)인 제2 금속화합물을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 제1 금속화합물은 상기 제2 금속화합물과 화합물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지.
