Claims (4)
- 표면 산화물층이 제거된 후 질화처리되어 그 표면으로부터 질화경화층(TixN), 질소확산층(α-Ti)이 순차적으로 형성된 티타늄 또는 티타늄 합금 재질의 지대주 나사에 있어서,지대주 나사의 표면에 형성된 질화경화층(TixN)을 일부 제거한 것을 특징으로 하는 피로수명이 향상된 치과용 임플란트 지대주 나사.
- 표면 산화물층이 제거된 후 질화처리되어 그 표면으로부터 질화경화층(TixN), 질소확산층(α-Ti)이 순차적으로 형성된 티타늄 또는 티타늄 합금 재질의 지대주 나사에 있어서,지대주 나사의 표면에 형성된 질화경화층(TixN)을 완전히 제거하여 질소확산층(α-Ti)이 지대주 나사의 표면으로 노출되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 피로수명이 향상된 치과용 임플란트 지대주 나사.
- 표면 산화물층이 제거된 후 질화처리된 티타늄 또는 티타늄 합금 재질의 지대주 나사를 구비하는 단계와,상기 지대주 나사의 표면에 질화처리에 의해 형성된 질화경화층(TixN)을 제거하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 피로수명이 향상된 치과용 임플란트 지대주 나사의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 질화경화층(TixN)을 제거하는 단계는 전해연마, 정밀입자가공, 연삭가공 중 하나 이상에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 피로수명이 향상된 치과용 임플란트 지대주 나사의 제조방법.
