- 꽃잎색이 CMKY색상표 Y40M100~Y20M80인 동백나무 영양번식체를 채취하고 20 내지 27℃의 온도 조건 및 50 내지 70%의 습도 조건하에서 12 시간 내지 36시간 방치하여 조직내 수분함량이 55 내지 65%이 되도록 건조시키는 단계;상기 건조된 영양번식체를 IBA (indol butyric acid), IAA (indol acetic acid), 또는 NAA (naphthalene acetic acid) 40 ppm과 NMU(N-nitroso-N-methylurea) 0.5w/v%의 혼합액에 20 내지 27℃의 온도 조건 및 50 내지 70%의 습도 조건 하에서 18 내지 24시간 동안 침적하여 발근촉진 및 돌연변이를 유발하는 단계; 및발근된 영양번식체를 묘목으로 하여 키워서 개화한 꽃들을 관찰하여 진분홍색바탕에 자주색(CMYK 색상표 M100C60~M100C40)의 갈래꽃이고 꽃의 횡넓이는 7.8±0.67 cm, 종길이는 4.6±0.47 cm이고, 횡넓이/종길이가 1.5 내지 2인 특성을 갖는 개체를 선별하는 단계를 포함하는 동백나무 신품종 제조 방법.
