Description
Claims (22)
- 다리를 통하여 연장된 통공을 가지는 다리를 구비하는 요크(yoke);통이(trunnion)를 가지는 십자형(cruciform)으로서, 상기 통이는 단부면 및 외측 벽 표면을 가진 단부 부분을 구비하는, 십자형;상기 통이 위에 회전가능하게 위치된 베어링; 및,평탄한 디스크 구획부(segment)와 원주상의 플랜지를 가지는 쓰러스트 워셔로서, 상기 디스크 구획부는 상기 통이의 상기 단부면과 맞물리고, 상기 원주상의 플랜지는 상기 베어링을 상기 통이 위에 유지하도록 상기 통이의 상기 외측 벽 표면과 맞물리며, 상기 원주상의 플랜지는 상기 통이의 상기 외측 벽 표면과 맞물리는 반경상 내측으로 연장된 복수개의 돌출부를 가진 내측 표면을 구비하는, 쓰러스트 워셔;를 구비하는, 유니버설 조인트.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 외측 벽 표면의 적어도 일부는 원통형 형상 부분을 구비하고, 상기 돌출부는 상기 원통형 형상 부분과 탄성적으로 맞물리는, 유니버설 조인트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 베어링은 상기 원통형 형상 부분과 맞물리는, 유니버설 조인트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 돌출부들은 원주상으로 위치되어서 서로로부터 이격되는, 유니버설 조인트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 통이의 상기 단부 부분은 반경상으로 연장된 돌출부를 구비하며, 상기 원주상의 플랜지는 반경상 내측으로 연장된 리브(rib)를 구비하며, 상기 리브는 상기 통이로부터의 상기 쓰러스트 워셔(thrust washer)의 제거에 저항하도록 상기 돌출부에 근접하게 위치되는, 유니버설 조인트.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부는 고리형 링(annular ring)을 구비하는, 유니버설 조인트.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부는 복수개의 이격된 돌기(barb)를 구비하는, 유니버설 조인트.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 리브는 상기 돌출부와 스냅 끼움(snap-fit) 맞물림되는, 유니버설 조인트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 원주상의 플랜지는 그로부터 내측으로 돌출된 고리형 링을 가진 내측 표면을 구비하고, 상기 고리형 링은 상기 통이의 상기 단부 부분상에 형성된 고리형 홈 안에 위치된, 유니버설 조인트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 원주상의 플랜지는 상기 통이의 상기 단부 부분상에 상기 쓰러스트 워셔를 위치시키는 동안에 적어도 부분적으로 변형되는, 유니버설 조인트.
- 베어링을 십자형의 통이 위에 위치시키는 단계로서, 상기 통이는 원통형인 부분을 구비하는 단계;쓰러스트 워셔를 상기 통이에 결합시키는 단계로서, 상기 쓰러스트 워셔는 평탄한 디스크 구획부와 그로부터 연장된 원주상의 플랜지를 구비하고, 상기 원주상의 플랜지는 반경상 내측으로 연장된 돌출부를 가진 내측 표면을 구비하는, 단계;상기 원주상의 플랜지의 상기 내측 표면을 상기 통이의 상기 원통형인 부분과 탄성적으로 맞물리는 단계;상기 베어링을 상기 통이 위에 유지하도록 상기 쓰러스트 워셔의 상기 반경상 내측으로 연장된 돌출부를 상기 통이의 상기 원통형인 부분의 고리형 홈 안에 맞물리는 단계; 및,베어링 컵을 상기 쓰러스트 워셔 및 상기 베어링 위에 위치시키는 단계;를 구비하는, 유니버설 조인트를 조립하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 쓰러스트 워셔의 상기 원주상의 플랜지의 상기 내측 표면을, 상기 통이의 상기 원통형인 부분으로부터 반경상 외측으로 연장된 고리형 링과 맞물리는 단계를 더 구비하는, 유니버설 조인트를 조립하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 반경상 내측으로 연장된 돌출부는 상기 고리형 링과 맞물리는, 유니버설 조인트를 조립하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부는 복수개의 원주상으로 이격된 돌기들을 구비하는, 유니버설 조인트를 조립하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부는 고리형 링을 구비하는, 유니버설 조인트를 조립하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 쓰러스트 워셔는 상기 통이의 상기 원통형 부분과 맞물리는 원주상으로 이격된 복수개의 리브(rib)를 구비하는, 유니버설 조인트를 조립하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 반경상 내측으로 연장된 돌출부는 고리형 링을 구비하는, 유니버설 조인트를 조립하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,시일을 상기 베어링 컵에 결합시키는 단계 및 상기 시일의 적어도 일부를 상기 베어링에 맞닿게 위치시키는 단계를 더 구비하는, 유니버설 조인트를 조립하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 베어링 컵을 상기 쓰러스트 워셔 및 상기 베어링 위에 위치시키는 단계는 상기 쓰러스트 워셔를 상기 통이에 결합시키는 단계 이전에 발생하는, 유니버설 조인트를 조립하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 통이의 원통형인 부분의 단부 면을 상기 디스크 구획부의 표면과 맞물리게 하는 단계를 더 구비하는, 유니버설 조인트를 조립하는 방법.
