Claims (3)
- 대차 프레임에 회전가능하게 장착된 토션바에 의해 한 쌍의 좌우 조향 링크 기구가 상호 대칭적으로 연결되어, 곡선주행시에는 상기 좌우 조향 링크 기구의 일측에서 발생하는 조향 작용이 상기 토션바를 통해 반대측 조향 링크 기구의 원활한 조향을 돕고, 직선주행시에는 상기 토션바의 강성에 의해 상기 좌우 조향 링크 기구의 조향 작용이 구속되도록 이루어지는 철도차량용 윤축 조향장치로서,상기 좌우 조향 링크 기구의 각각은, 상기 토션바에 고정되는 레버 부재와, 상기 레버 부재의 양 단부에 일단이 연결되고 타단이 윤축의 저널 박스에 연결되는 한 쌍의 링크와, 상기 레버 부재와 상기 한 쌍의 링크 사이에 설치되며, 고속 직진주행시 발생하는 높은 주파수의 하중에는 길이 방향으로의 신축변위가 억제되고, 저속 곡선 주행시 발생하는 낮은 주파수의 하중에는 길이 방향으로 신축변위 하는 댐퍼를 포함함으로써,철도차량의 직선주행시에는 상기 댐퍼에 의해 길이 방향 강성이 유지되어 직진 안정성이 향상되고, 곡선주행시에는 길이 방향 강성을 줄여 윤축의 조향 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 윤축 조향장치.
