Claims (9)
- 일정한 크기의 전류를 출력하는 전류원;입력되는 전류를 열로 소모시키는 더미 로드;차동 입력신호를 기초로 상기 전류원에서 출력되는 전류를 스위칭하는 스위칭부; 및트랜지스터 어레이를 이용하여 상기 전류원에서 출력되는 전류를 조절하여 발광소자에 공급하는 조절부;를 포함하고,상기 조절부는, 병렬로 연결된 복수 개의 피모스(PMOS) 트랜지스터를 포함하는 제1 트랜지스터 어레이와, 상기 제1 트랜지스터 어레이와 대칭적 구조를 갖는 복수 개의 피모스 트랜지스터를 포함하는 제2 트랜지스터 어레이와, 상기 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터 어레이의 저항 값을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하며,상기 제2 트랜지스터 어레이는, 상기 피모스 트랜지스터의 각 게이트는 상기 제어부와 연결되고, 각 소스는 VDD 전압단과 연결되어 있으며, 각 드레인은 상기 발광소자 및 상기 더미 로드와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광원 구동기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,상기 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터 어레이에 포함되어 있는 피모스 트랜지스터 각각을 온 또는 오프시킴으로써 상기 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터 어레이의 저항 값을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광원 구동기.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 트랜지스터 어레이는상기 피모스 트랜지스터의 각 게이트는 상기 제어부와 연결되고, 각 소스는 VDD 전압단과 연결되어 있으며, 각 드레인은 상기 발광소자 및 상기 스위칭부와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광원구동기.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스위칭부는 두 개의 엔모스 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 두 개의 엔모스 트랜지스터의 각 소스는 서로 결합되어 상기 전류원과 연결되고, 각 드레인은 상기 조절부와 연결되며, 각 게이트에는 차동 입력신호가 입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광원 구동기.
