Claims (3)
- 평판 디스플레이 모듈의 프레임을 구성하는 가로 부재와 세로 부재로 이루어진 탑 새시를 제조하는 평판 디스플레이용 프레임의 탑 새시 제조방법에 있어서,상기 탑 새시의 가로 부재와 세로 부재 각각에 상기 가로 부재와 세로 부재 두께(t)의 1/2이상의 깊이(w)를 갖는 방열홈이 길이방향으로 형성되는 상태로 상기 가로 부재와 세로 부재를 압출 성형하는 단계;상기 가로 부재와 세로 부재의 서로 연접하는 말단 부위를 연결하기 위하여 상기의 말단 부위를 가압하여 평탄화하고 용접하는 단계;상기 탑 새시에 조립될 부품과의 조립을 위한 스크류 호울을 상기 가로 부재와 세로 부재의 방열홈 측에 각각 피어싱하여 형성하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진 평판 디스플레이용 프레임의 탑 새시 제조방법.
