Claims (4)
- 기판(1) 상에 다수개의 LED(2)가 일정간격을 두고 배치되어 조명하도록 설치되는 LED 모듈(10);상기 LED 모듈(10)의 배면에 설치되어 상기 LED 모듈(10)에서 발생된 열이 전달되며 다수의 홀(21)이 구비된 히트싱크 본체(20);상기 히트싱크 본체(20)의 홀(21)에 각각 삽입결합되어 입설되는 핀 본체(31)와, 상기 핀 본체(31)의 하단 부위가 접어져 형성되며 상기 히트싱크 본체(20)의 일면과 상기 LED 모듈(10)의 기판(1) 배면에 각각 접하는 폴딩부(32)로 이루어지는 복수개의 핀(30);을 포함하여 이루어지되,하나의 핀(30)의 상기 폴딩부(32)의 단부와 이와 인접한 핀(30)의 폴딩부(32)의 단부가 서로 접하며 상기 폴딩부(32) 들에 의해 상기 히트싱크 본체(20)의 일면 전체를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 조명용 히트싱크.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴딩부(32)는 적어도 하나 이상의 절단선(33)이 형성되어 상기 폴딩부(32)가 좌우 교번되게 접어져 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 조명용 히트싱크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항 중 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 히트싱크 본체(20)는 다수의 체결공(22)이 형성되고, 상기 LED 모듈(10)의 기판(1)은 상기 체결공(22)과 상응하는 체결구(3)가 형성되며,상기 체결공(22)과 상기 체결구(3)에 체결되어 상기 기판(1)을 상기 히트싱크 본체(20)에 고정하는 체결수단(40)이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 조명용 히트싱크.
