Description
상기 아웃터스프링에는 그 단부를 상기 드라이브플레이트의 가압돌기로부터 이격시키고, 상기 인너스프링들의 양단을 상기 아웃터스프링의 안쪽위치에서 막도록 상기 아웃터스프링의 양단으로 끼워진 한쌍의 데드스토퍼를 갖추고,
상기 한쌍의 인너스프링사이에는 인접한 인너스프링들의 상호 직접적인 접촉을 방지하도록 개재된 차단플러그
Claims (6)
- 드라이브플레이트의 가압돌기들 사이에 원호형으로 배치되는 아웃터스프링과, 상기 아웃터스프링의 내부에 직렬로 삽입된 인너스프링으로 구성된 스프링유닛을 구비한 댐퍼플라이휠에 있어서,상기 인너스프링은 상기 아웃터스프링의 전체 길이의 2/3 이상의 길이를 갖는1개의 인너스프링과, 다른 스프링계수를 갖고 상기 아웃터스프링의 전체 길이의 1/3 이하의 길이를 갖는 1개의 인너스프링으로 한쌍을 이루며,상기 아웃터스프링에는 그 단부를 상기 드라이브플레이트의 가압돌기로부터 이격시키고, 상기 인너스프링들의 양단을 상기 아웃터스프링의 안쪽위치에서 막도록 상기 아웃터스프링의 양단으로 끼워진 한쌍의 데드스토퍼를 갖추고,상기 한 쌍의 인너스프링 중 어느 하나의 내경부로 삽입되는 돌출부와, 상기 돌출부와 일체로 형성되면서 단면적이 확대되어 상기 두 인너스프링의 단부를 서로 이격시키되 상기 아웃터스프링의 내주면에 접촉되지 않는 차단부를 포함하여 구성되어, 인접한 인너스프링들의 상호 직접적인 접촉을 방지하도록 개재된 차단플러그를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼플라이휠.
