Description
Claims (4)
- 유리 기판 상에 금속막을 형성하는 단계;포토리소그라피 공정에 의해 상기 금속막을 식각하여 상기 기판 상의 사이드부에 소정 형상의 보조전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 보조전극을 포함한 유리 기판 상에 상기 보조전극의 소정 부분을 노출시키는 비아홀을 갖는 제1절연층을 형성하는 단계;상기 결과의 기판 전면에 상기 비아홀을 통해 상기 보조전극과 연결되는 양극전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 양극전극 상에 발광면을 정의하는 제2절연층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 결과물 상에 음극전극 분리격벽, 유기층 및 음극전극층을 차례로 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시소자의 보조전극 형성방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1절연층은 배면 발광 구조의 유기 전계 발광 표시소자에 적용될 경우에 투명한 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시소자의 보조전극 형성방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비아홀은 배면 발광 구조의 유기 전계 발광 표시소자에 적용될 경우에 상기 발광면의 경계선 밖에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시소자의 보조전극 형성방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비아홀은 전면 발광 구조의 유기 전계 발광 표시소자에 적용될 경우에 발광면 전체 크기와 유사한 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시소자의 보조전극 형성방법.
