Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 유리 기판 상에 금속막을 형성하는 단계;포토리소그라피 공정에 의해 상기 금속막을 식각하여 상기 기판 상의 사이드부에 소정 형상의 보조전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 보조전극을 포함한 유리 기판 상에 상기 보조전극의 소정 부분을 노출시키는 비아홀을 갖는 제1절연층을 형성하는 단계;상기 결과의 기판 전면에 상기 비아홀을 통해 상기 보조전극과 연결될 수 있는 양극전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 양극전극 상에 발광면을 정의하는 제2절연층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 결과물 상에 음극전극 분리격벽, 유기층 및 음극전극층을 차례로 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시소자의 보조전극 형성방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1절연층은 배면 발광 구조의 유기 전계 발광 표시소자에 적용될 경우에 투명한 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시소자의 보조전극 형성방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비아홀은 배면 발광 구조의 유기 전계 발광 표시소자에 적용될 경우에 상기 발광면의 개구율을 감소시키지 않는 범위에서 최대한의 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시소자의 보조전극 형성방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비아홀은 전면 발광 구조의 유기 전계 발광 표시소자에 적용될 경우에 발광면 전체 크기와 유사한 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시소자의 보조전극 형성방법.
