Claims (12)
- NST1(Negatively affects Salt Tolerance 1)을 불활성화시키는 단계를 포함하는 38℃ 이상의 온도에서의 효모의 생장을 증가시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 NST1을 불활성화시키는 단계는 NST1을 코딩하는 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 치환, 삽입, 결실 또는 이들의 조합을 통하여 돌연변이시켜 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 NST1을 불활성화시키는 단계는 NST1을 코딩하는 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 결실시켜 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 효모는 사카로마이세스(Saccharomyces), 사이조사카 로마이세스(Schizosaccharomyces), 스포로보로마이세스(Sporobolomyces), 토루로프시스(Torulopsis), 트리코스포론(Trichosporon), 윅커하미아(Wickerhamia), 아쉬바이아(Ashbya), 블라스토마이세스(Blastomyces), 캔디다(Candida), 사이테로마이세스(Citeromyces), 크레브로테슘(Crebrothecium), 크립토코커스(Cryptococcus), 드바리오마이세스(Debaryomyces), 에노마이코프시스(Endomycopsis), 지오트리컴(Geotrichum), 한세눌라(Hansenula), 클로엑케라(Kloeckera), 리포마이세스(Lipomyces), 피키아(Pichia), 로도스포리듐(Rhodosporidium) 또는 로도토룰라(Rhodotorula)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 효모는 사카로마이세스인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
