Claims (3)
- 슬래브 주편을 생산하는 연속주조공정에 있어서 경압하 기술을 적용하여 연주주편의 폭방향 중심편석을 저감시키는 방법에 있어서,상기 주편의 고상분율이 0.3~0.7인 범위에서 폭방향 불균일 응고에 의한 응고지연부의 보상길이를 상기 주편의 탄소함량이 증가됨에 따라 증가시켜 경압하 구간에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연주주편의 폭방향 중심편석 저감방법.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 주편의 탄소함량이 0.04~0.07%, 0.08~0.12%, 0.13~0.16%, 0.30~0.55%로 증가되는 경우에 상기 응고지연부의 보상길이를 각각 0.69m, 1.0m, 1.27m, 1.53m로 증가시키면서 경압하 구간에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연주주편의 폭방향 중심편석 저감방법.
