Description
Claims (16)
- 백금족 금속을 함유하고 있는 과립 촉매로부터 백금족 금속을 전기화학방식으로 침출하기 위한 전해조에 있어서,전해질의 투입구(17)가 있는 전해질 흐름 분배기(3) 및 그 상부에 원통형 본체(1)가 구비되고, 상기의 원통형 본체(1)는 수평으로 배치된 양극(anode)(6), 과립 촉매로 충진되는 다극성 전극 챔버(8), 음극(cathode)공간 블럭(11)이 차례로 적층되고, 상기의 원통형 본체(1)의 측면에는 과립 촉매의 배출구(10)와 전해질 오버플로우(overflow) 배출구(18)가 구비되며,상기 양극(anode)(6)의 일면에는 내부식성 유전체격자(5)가 구비되고전해질의 흐름이 상향으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 백금족 금속을 함유하고 있는 과립 촉매는 금속화합물 및 백금족 금속을 담지하고 있는 폐촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전해질 흐름 분배기(3)는 열원을 적어도 하나 이상 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 과립 촉매의 배출구(10)는 상기 다극성 전극 챔버(8) 하부의 측면에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전해질의 오버플루우(overflow) 배출구(18)는 상기 다극성 전극 챔버(8)보다 상부의 원통형 본체(1)의 측면에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 양극(anode)(6)의 일면에 보호 지지용 유전체격자(9)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 음극(cathode)공간 블럭(11)은 수평으로 배치된 음극(cathode)(15)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 음극(cathode)(15)의 하부에 다공성 가로막(14) 또는 미세구멍이 있는 음극(cathode)공간 지지대(13) 중 적어도 하나가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 과립 촉매로 충진되는 다극성 전극 챔버(8)의 상부에 지지 부재가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 원통형 본체(1)의 상부에는 박막의 유전체 뚜껑(20)이 더 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 박막형 유전체 뚜껑(20)에 분리가스 배출구(21)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 양극(anode)(6)은 티타늄 격자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 양극(anode)(6)은 이산화이리듐(IrO2)으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 양극(anode)(6)으로의 전류 도입이 상기 다극성 전극 챔버(8)를 관통하는 금속막대(7)를 통해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전해질 흐름 분배기(3) 및 원통형 본체(1)의 바깥 표면에는 단열재(19)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 흐름 전해조.
