Claims (5)
- 투입되는 폐기물을 공급받아 다단으로 형성되는 유화로에 이송스크류에 의하여 지그재그로 이송되는 과정에서 저산소하 상태로 적정온도의 가열하여 증기상태의 오일물질로 변환이 이루어지도록 하는 유화수단(10)과, 상기 유화수단(10)의 입구측에 폐기물을 이송하여 투입하는 폐기물 공급장치(20)와, 상기 유화수단(10)의 출구측에 유화과정을 거쳐 나오는 잔존물을 외부로 배출하는 폐기물 배출수단(30)을 구비하는 유화장치에 있어서,상기 폐기물 배출수단(30)은, 긴 이송관로(31)에 유화수단(10)으로부터 배출되는 폐기물을 구동부(33)에 의한 회전으로 이송 및 밀집시키는 1차 이송스크류(32)를 이송관로(31)의 중간부까지 위치하도록 구비함과,상기 1차 이송스크류(32)와 적정간격의 공간부(31a)를 두고 이송관로(31)의 출구 측으로 구동부(35)에 의해 회전하는 2차 이송스크류(34)를 구비함과,상기 2차 이송스크류(34)의 중간부 위치에 폐기물이 유입되는 싸이클론(50)을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유화장치의 폐기물 배출수단.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 1차 이송스크류(32)의 후단부에는 이송스크류 축이 후방으로 확장되게 테이퍼부(32a)를 형성하면서 스크류 날개의 피치가 좁아지도록 형성함을 특징으로 하는 유화장치의 폐기물 배출수단.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 2차 이송스크류(34)의 선단부에는 1차 이송스크류(32)에 의해 밀집되어 나오는 폐기물을 파쇄할 수 있도록 파쇄편(34a)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 유화장치의 폐기물 배출수단.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 1, 2차 이송스크류(32,34)는 서로 반대 방향으로 회전하면서 이송방향이 동일하도록 스크류 날개가 서로 반대방향으로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 유화장치의 폐기물 배출수단.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 2차 이송스크류(34)에는 중간 부분에 연결되는 싸이클론(50)를 중심으로 스크류 날개가 서로 반대 방향으로 형성하여 파쇄된 폐기물이 2차 이송스크류(34)의 외측으로 몰려지지 않게 외측 부분은 내측으로 이송기능을 갖도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 유화장치의 폐기물 배출수단.
