Claims (6)
- 커패시터에 사용되는 전극물질에 있어서,LiaMbM'cOd 및 Mx[LiyM'2-y]O4로 이루어지고, 활성탄소를 포함하지 않는 커패시터용 산화물 전극물질.( a, b, c, d는 정수,7≤a+b+c+d≤27, 0.9≤x≤1.1, 0.33≤y≤1.1,M=Li, Na, Mg, V, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu 및 Zn중 어느 하나임,M'=Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co 및 Zr중 어느 하나임 )
- 양극과 음극을 갖는 셀로 구성된 커패시터에 있어서,상기 양극과 음극 중 어느 하나의 전극은 LiaMbM'cOd 및 Mx[LiyM'2-y]O4로 구성되고, 상기 LiaMbM'cOd 와 Mx[LiyM'2-y]O4에는 활성탄소가 포함되지 않는 산화물 전극물질로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 커패시터.( a, b, c, d는 정수,7≤a+b+c+d≤27, 0.9≤x≤1.1, 0.33≤y≤1.1,M=Li, Na, Mg, V, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu 및 Zn중 어느 하나임,M'=Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co 및 Zr중 어느 하나임 )
- 양극과 음극을 갖는 셀로 구성된 커패시터에 있어서,상기 양극과 음극의 양측 전극은 LiaMbM'cOd 및 Mx[LiyM'2-y]O4로 구성되고,상기 전극에는 활성탄소가 포함되지 않는 산화물 전극물질을 이용하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 커패시터.( a, b, c, d는 정수,7≤a+b+c+d≤27, 0.9≤x≤1.1, 0.33≤y≤1.1,M=Li, Na, Mg, V, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu 및 Zn중 어느 하나임,M'=Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co 및 Zr중 어느 하나임 )
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 LiaMbM'cOd 및 Mx[LiyM'2 -y]O4의 전극물질로 제조된 전극은 다른 전극보다 0.1~10배의 무게비를 갖도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 커패시터.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 커패시터에 첨가되는 전해액은아세토나이트릴(AN), 에틸렌 카보네이트(EC), 프로필렌 카보네이트(PC), 디에틸렌 카보네이트(DEC), 디메틸카보네이트(DMC)로 이루어진 군으로부터 일종 또는 이종이상 선택 혼합된 유기용매와,TEABF4 (tetraethylammonium tetrafluoroborate), TEMABF4 (triethylmethylammonium tetrafluoroborate), LiClO4 (lithium perchlorate), LiPF6 (lithium hexafluorophosphate), LiAsF6 (lithium hexafluoroarsenate), LiBF4 (lithium tetrafluoroborate)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 일종 또는 이종이상 선택하여 혼합된 염으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 커패시터.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 커패시터를 구성하는 셀은 0~4V의 전압범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 커패시터.
