Claims (4)
- 실린더(11)의 내측에 체결되어 에어에 의하여 상하로 작동하며, 중앙부에 나사체결공(15)이 형성된 피스톤(12), 상기 피스톤(12)의 나사체결공(15)에 체결되며, 상단에 사각이나 육각 또는 12각으로 형성된 체결공(16)이 형성되고, 하단에 밸브 핀(18)이 체결되는 핀 클램프(14)로 이루어진 사출기용 핫 러너 시스템의 밸브 핀 높낮이 조절장치에 있어서,상기 핀 클램프(14)의 상측에 체결되어 핀 클램프(14)의 풀림을 1차로 방지하는 풀림방지 와셔(19)와,상기 핀 클램프(14)의 상측에 체결되어 핀 클램프(14)의 풀림을 2차로 방지하고, 핀 클램프(14)에 형성된 체결공(16)과 연통하도록 그 중앙에 또 다른 체결공(20)이 형성되는 피스톤 스크루(13)를 체결하여 밸브 핀(18)이 체결되는 핀 클램프(14)와 피스톤 스크루(13)가 상하로 이동할 수 있도록 핀 클램프(14)를 회전시켜 밸브핀(18)의 높낮이를 조절하며,상기 핀 클램프(14)와 피스톤 스크루(13)를 동시에 상하 이동되게 하여 높낮이를 조절할 수 있도록 피스톤 스크루(13)의 상부 외주면에 각진 형상으로 형성된 스패너 고정부(23)를 포함하고,상기 핀 클램프(14)와 피스톤 스크루(13)의 외측에 나사부(21)(22)를 형성하고, 피스톤(12)에 형성된 나사체결공(15)에 체결하여 나사체결공(15)과 나사부(21)(22)에 의해 밸브 핀(18)을 고정하고, 상기 나사체결공(15)의 피치를 1mm로 하여 상기 핀 클램프(14)와 피스톤 스크루(13)가 1회전하는 경우, 1㎜ 상승하거나 하강되도록 상하로 이동하면서 밸브 핀(18)의 높낮이를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출기용 핫 러너 시스템의 밸브 핀 높낮이 조절장치.
