Description
The present invention relates to an ocher wallpaper coated with alternating charcoal layers and ocher layers, and more particularly, to a cloth as a coating base using charcoal and ocher solutions obtained by mixing seaweed powder with charcoal powder and ocher powder, respectively. In particular, it relates to a wallpaper in which a charcoal layer and an ocher layer are alternately coated on the surface of a knitted fabric.
In general, the walls of the building are mainly constructed of concrete or brick, and the interior walls of the walls are finished with finishing materials such as wallpaper. Walls containing cement, such as concrete walls, are generated from cement unless the surface is completely blocked by the finishing materials. It is not possible to completely prevent the release of harmful ingredients into the room.
Especially in the case of apartment houses such as apartments, almost all walls are constructed of concrete, and the walls of the interior are finished with wallpaper. In particular, it is almost impossible to maintain proper indoor humidity in winter, and fine cement dust generated from concrete walls. In addition, many young children who are inadequate to volatile organic compounds from adhesives used for bonding various finishing materials suffer from atopic dermatitis as well as a cold or fine bronchitis regardless of the season.
Moreover, in recent years, as living standards have improved and interest in health has increased, there is a growing tendency to search for building materials that can help health. Wood, natural marble, jade, ocher, and charcoal are actively used as interior finishing materials. Is being developed.
In particular, ocher, which is known to emit far infrared rays with excellent humidity control, has attracted attention again as ocher, a traditional building material of Korea, and ocher has excellent humidity control ability, its own temperature control ability, and emits far infrared rays. It has the effect of various detoxification effect, not only good thermal insulation, but also excellent functions such as ventilation and ventilation, ocher is an optimal building material suitable for high temperature and high humidity conditions in summer like Korea.
Traditional wall using ocher as described above is made by applying ocher as if plastering ocher kneaded with water with straw to bamboo or scallop, or forming the dried ocher brick by molding kneaded ocher into hexahedron. However, today's houses are mainly apartments of reinforced concrete structure, which cannot be applied to traditional ocher walls, and in the case of single-family homes, it is rare to apply ocher walls in terms of construction period and durability.
Therefore, in recent years, it is common to make and use a panel or wallpaper to be attached to the wall using ocher. In the case of the panel, since the price is expensive, a relatively low-priced ocher wallpaper is used more frequently. The issue of "ocher wallpaper and its manufacturing process" is published.
The invention is a coating of the surface of the wallpaper paper with a resin containing an ocher powder, a plastic material, a viscosity reducing agent, a secondary plasticizer, a stabilizer, a fat sugar, a blowing agent, and zinc oxide, wherein the ocher powder was simply added to the resin. Except for the point, the same as the conventional wallpaper, it is difficult to properly exhibit the advantages of ocher.
As another type of wallpaper containing ocher, Korean Patent No. 681488, "Function wallpaper using non-woven fabric and its manufacturing method" is disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 2003-65985, "No. "Is posted.
However, the former invention (No. 681488) has a structure in which a coating containing a functional powder such as ocher is coated on the surface of the nonwoven fabric, but only 20 to 85% of the surface of the nonwoven fabric is coated. Except for that, it is the same shape as the general wallpaper, and since the paint is applied only to a part of the nonwoven fabric, not only the entire surface of the nonwoven fabric, it is difficult to express the function of the ocher. have.
The latter invention (Patent Publication No. 2003-65985) relates to a manufacturing method for making a wallpaper in which a cotton fabric coated with ocher powder is coated between paper and paper, and is made with a paper. Over time, cotton fabric and paper can be separated and ocher powder is coated between ol and ol of cotton fabric with net structure, so it is not possible to coat sufficient amount, and coated ocher powder is removed from the fabric during handling. Easy to be
In addition to the above, various wallpaper using ocher has been developed. Conventional ocher wallpaper can be largely divided into a form in which ocher powder is mixed with a paint coated on a base paper for wallpaper, and a form in which ocher powder is coated on a fabric of a network structure. have.
However, the ocher wallpaper using paper as a coating base is insufficient in durability, and since the ocher is added to the paint, the amount thereof is very small and the characteristics of the ocher are hardly expressed.
And the loess wall paper, which has improved durability compared to the loess wall paper using the fabric as a base, can be coated with a larger amount of loess than the loess wall paper based on the paper because the loess is coated on the fabric having the network structure. However, since the fabric has a network structure, the amount of the loess to be coated is still insufficient, so the characteristics of the loess are hardly exhibited.
The present invention was devised to solve all the problems of the conventional ocher wallpaper, but by using a cloth as a coating base to significantly improve the durability than the wallpaper using paper, so that a sufficient amount of loess can be coated on the base It is an object of the present invention to provide an ocher wallpaper and a method of manufacturing the same, which have the advantage of charcoal having a characteristic of purifying air, by using a cloth as a base as a base.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by knitting as a cloth which is a coating base, water decocted with algae serving as a natural adhesive, ocher powder and charcoal powder.
The loess wall coated with alternating charcoal layer and loess layer of the present invention is used as a base, rather than a paper, to improve durability. In particular, a fabric using a good porosity, absorbency, etc., without using a fabric, is used as a base. The coating charcoal layer or ocher layer is sufficiently coated and at the same time excellent adhesion, there is an advantage that the function of charcoal and loess is fully exhibited.
In addition, unlike chemical adhesives, volatile organic compounds do not emanate because chemical algae water is used instead of ordinary water as a liquid for kneading charcoal powder and ocher powder to enhance the adhesion between charcoal powder and ocher powder. It also has the advantage of being effective in the prevention of atopic dermatitis.
In addition, the humidity of the room can be controlled by the ocher layer, absorbs electromagnetic waves, and has the advantage that the air is purified by numerous pores of the char and ocher layers.
The present invention relates to an ocher wallpaper coated with charcoal and ocher sequentially on the surface of the cloth and a method of manufacturing the same.
The ocher wallpaper of the present invention is characterized by using a fabric as a base on which charcoal and ocher are coated, but not a woven fabric.
The fabric is a fabric woven in the form of a net while the warp and weft yarns are separated from each other, and the knitted fabric is a ring-like ring without the threads crossing each other. Iii) knitted fabrics interwoven so that they are intertwined. Knitted fabrics are more flexible, porous, flexible, and absorbent than other fabrics, so that the amount of charcoal or loess is higher than that of textiles. There is an advantage that can be coated.
The loess wall of the present invention using such a knitted fabric as a base, the charcoal layer and the ocher layer alternately coated on the surface of the knitted fabric, the charcoal layer and the ocher layer are each coated with at least one layer, the outermost layer is a charcoal layer or It may be made of an ocher layer, but it may be preferable to make the ocher layer the outermost layer in appearance.
As described above, the ocher wall paper of the present invention is made by coating a charcoal liquid and an ocher liquid mixed with seaweed, especially seaweed, kelp, etc., in water boiled with charcoal powder and ocher powder. This is because alginic acid, which is extracted from seaweed, has a viscosity and can act as a natural adhesive.
Details of the effects and the resulting effects, including the object and technical configuration of the present invention will be clearly understood by the following description with reference to the drawings showing a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Figure 1 shows a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the loess wallpaper of the present invention.

At this time, the
By the way, the algae decocted water contains a large amount of alginic acid extracted from algae, alginic acid has adhesiveness, and the binding strength between the charcoal powder and the ocher powder is contained by the alginic acid contained in the
And by knitting the yarn as the
At this time, the
In addition, the
The ocher wall paper of the present invention configured as described above can be constructed in various ways, for example, after bonding and drying the hanji on the wall using a grass made of natural materials such as flour, the ocher of the present invention The wallpaper may be finished as it is glued and dried on the Hanji paper, or may be finished by attaching a conventional wallpaper on the ocher wallpaper.
As shown in Figure 3, the loess wall paper of the present invention,
숯분말과 황토분말을 각각 해조류를 달인물에 섞어 숯액과 황토액을 만드는 단계(100)와;Mixing charcoal powder and ocher powder into decoctions of algae, respectively, to make charcoal liquid and ocher liquid;
숯액에 천을 침지하는 단계(200)와;Dipping a cloth in charcoal solution (200);

At this time, the step of immersing the cloth in
In addition, the thickness of the charcoal layer or the ocher layer coated during one immersion may be adjusted by changing the amount (or concentration) of the charcoal powder or ocher powder mixed with the algae decocted water as needed.
That is, by adjusting the thickness of the charcoal layer and the ocher layer freely as needed, it can be used not only as wallpaper, but also as a panel interior material.
And the step of immersing in the charcoal or ocher liquid may be changed to a method of applying charcoal or ocher liquid to the surface of the cloth while the cloth is fixed without immersing the cloth, as long as the coal and ocher liquid can be sequentially coated There is no particular limitation on the coating method.
The particle size of the charcoal powder or ocher powder that is put in the seawater decoction to make the charcoal or ocher liquid is preferably a size that does not pass through a 400 mesh sieve, but does not pass through a 400 mesh sieve, which is charcoal powder. Or if the ocher powder is large enough not to pass through a 200 mesh sieve because the size of the powder particles is large because the adhesion is easy to fall off.
However, if the particles are small enough to pass through a 400-mesh sieve, the pores formed in the char and ocher layers become too small, resulting in deterioration of characteristics such as air permeability and hygroscopicity so that the functions of the char and ocher layers cannot be fully exhibited. Can be.
Drying in the drying step by dipping the cloth in charcoal or ocher solution is also possible to dry naturally, but in this case the drying time is too long, considering the productivity, the drying temperature is in the range of 70 ℃ ~ 100 ℃ 1 The time-3 hour range is preferable.

At this time, it is good to make sure that the drying temperature does not exceed 100 ° C, because if the drying temperature exceeds 100 ° C, the fabric may be deformed or partially burned. Exceeding this may result in deformation of the fabric or waste of unnecessary energy.
Indoor air quality was measured to know the pollution level of indoor air when the yellow clay wallpaper manufactured by the above manufacturing method was installed indoors.
The test method was measured according to the test air quality test standard, and the discharge concentration was measured 7 days after mounting two samples (160mm x 160mm) in a small chamber.
As a result, the yellow soil wallpaper of the present invention has not been a total volatile organic compound (TVOC) 0.003mg / m 2 · h, toluene is detected, the formaldehyde is detected 0.001mg / m 2 · h, if utilized as a wallpaper in the room It is harmless to the hazard standard.
Then, the flame retardant test was carried out by the test method of KS F 2271: 2006 using the ocher wallpaper.
The test method carried out the gas-hazard test using the ocher wallpaper composed of loess, natural adhesive and paper.
As a result, it was found to be harmless that satisfies the standard of the gas hazard test as shown in the gas hazard test report shown in Table 1 below.
