Claims (4)
- 제1 생물막을 성장시키는 단계;상기 제1 생물막을 성장시키는 동안, 전기화학적 임피던스 분광법을 이용하여 상기 제1 생물막의 임피던스를 측정하여 상기 제1 생물막의 전기용량 변화를 나타내는 제1 임피던스 데이터 및 상기 제1 생물막의 저항 변화를 나타내는 제2 임피던스 데이터를 포함하는 복수의 임피던스 데이터를 얻는 단계;상기 제1 생물막의 임피던스에 대응하여 상기 제1 생물막의 미생물량을 측정하여 미생물량 데이터를 얻는 단계;상기 복수의 임피던스 데이터와 상기 복수의 미생물량 데이터를 대응시켜 임피던스-미생물량 데이터를 얻는 단계;제2 생물막의 임피던스를 측정하는 단계; 및상기 임피던스-미생물량 데이터를 이용하여 상기 제2 생물막의 임피던스에서의 제2 생물막의 미생물량을 도출하는 단계를 포함하는 생물막 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 생물막 및 제2 생물막은 도전체 위에서 성장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물막 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 임피던스 데이터 중에서 상기 전기용량 변화를 나타내는 상기 제1 임피던스 데이터는 1mHz 내지 99Hz의 주파수를 이용하여 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물막 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 임피던스 데이터 중에서 상기 저항 변화를 나타내는 상기 제2 임피던스 데이터는 100Hz 내지 10kHz의 주파수를 이용하여 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물막 측정 방법.
