Claims (10)
- 잣오일에 알코올을 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계 및 상기 혼합액에 칸디다 안탁티카(Candida Antarctica) 유래 리파아제를 첨가한 후 반응기에서 효소반응시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 알코올 첨가에 의해 잣오일의 sn-3 위치에 대한 효소반응 특이성을 증진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 피놀레닌산 알킬에스테르의 선택적 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 잣오일에 대하여 첨가되는 알코올 중량비는 0.1 내지 10인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리파아제는 잣오일과 알코올 혼합액에 대하여 1-30 중량%로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 효소반응은 15-40℃에서 5분 내지 24시간 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 효소반응은 리파아제의 존재 하에서 가알코올분해(alcoholysis)에 의해 알킬에스테르 형태의 피놀레닌산을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알코올은 에탄올이고 가알코올분해에 의해 생성되는 것은 에틸에스테르 형태의 피놀레닌산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반응 후 잔류 에탄올과 생성된 물을 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 피놀레닌산 알킬에스테르.
