Claims (2)
- 심선에 피복제가 코팅된 피복아크 용접봉에 있어서,상기 피복제는 방해석(CaCO3) 54.0~94.0 중량%, 훼로망간(Fe-Mn) 0.16~0.86 중량%, 훼로실리콘(Fe-Si) 0.77~25.5 중량%, 마그네시아 클링커(MgO) 0.16~1.0 중량%, 형석(CaF2) 2.3~6.8 중량%, 철(Fe) 1.9~5.0 중량%, 마그네슘-알루미늄(Mg-Al) 0.16~2.5 중량%, 산화티탄(TiO2) 0.16~1.7 중량%, 불화소다(NaF) 0.16~1.35 중량%, 알긴산소다 0.16~1.2 중량% 및 유기물 0.07~0.09 중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주철용 피복아크 용접봉.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 피복제 100 중량부에 대하여 고착제를 0.12~2.0 중량부 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주철용 피복아크 용접봉.
