Claims (5)
- 해수의 유입을 위한 유입구 및 해수의 유출을 위한 유출구를 갖는 몸체부;상기 몸체부의 상면에 구비되면서 해수의 전해를 수행하는 전해부; 그리고,상기 전해부를 외부 환경으로부터 구획하는 케이스부:를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 전해부는상대되는 극끼리 교차되면서 상하 이격되게 배치되는 복수의 양극측 전해판 및 복수의 음극측 전해판과,상기 각 전해판을 상기 몸체부에 고정하는 복수의 체결볼트와,상기 각 체결볼트의 둘레 부위를 감싸면서 상기 각 전해판 간의 사이에 삽입되는 복수의 스케일 방지부를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 해수 전해용 모노폴라형 전해조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 체결볼트는 음극에 연결된 상태로 상기 몸체부의 어느 일측편을 따라 구비된 복수의 음극측 체결볼트와, 양극에 연결된 상태로 상기 몸체부의 타측편을 따라 구비된 복수의 양극측 체결볼트를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 각 스케일 방지부는 상기 복수의 음극측 체결볼트가 구비된 부위를 따라 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 해수 전해용 모노폴라형 전해조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 스케일 방지부는내부 식별이 가능한 투명 재질로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 해수 전해용 모노폴라형 전해조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 각 체결 볼트의 상단인 케이스부 내로 노출되는 부위는 너트에 의해 체결 고정되고,상기 너트에는 상기 너트의 둘레 부위 및 상면 부위를 감싸는 스케일 방지캡이 더 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 해수 전해용 모노폴라형 전해조.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 스케일 방지캡은 내벽면에 상기 너트가 요입 안착되는 안착홈이 형성되어 이루어지고, 상기 너트와의 끼움 결합 혹은, 상기 체결볼트와의 체결 결합 중 어느 한 방식에 의해 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 해수 전해용 모노폴라형 전해조.
