Claims (3)
- 수직 소둔로 냉각대(A) 내의 분위기가스를 흡입하는 흡기덕트(10);상기 흡기덕트(10)의 개방된 저면을 통해 상기 흡기덕트(10)의 내부로 선택적으로 삽입되는 전자석프레임(20);상기 전자석프레임(20)에 결합되어 상기 전자석프레임(20)을 승강시키는 구동수단; 및상기 전자석프레임(20)의 위치에 따라 전력 공급을 차단할 수 있도록 전자석프레임(20)의 위치를 감지하는 위치감지센서(40)를 포함하는 수직 소둔로 냉각대의 철분 제거 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 흡기덕트(10)의 저면에는 상기 전자석프레임(20)이 흡기덕트(10)에서 이탈된 후 전력공급이 차단되면 상기 전자석프레임(20)에 에어를 분사하는 에어분사부(50)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 소둔로 냉각대 철분 제거 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 에어분사부(50)는 상기 전자석프레임(20)의 일면과 대응되어 설치된 에어노즐(52)과 에어공급을 개폐하는 제1밸브(54)와 에어공급 타임을 감지하는 콘트롤판넬(90)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 소둔로 냉각대 철분 제거 장치.
