Claims (6)
- (a) D-소르비톨, L-소르보스, L-소르보손 또는 L-굴로스를 함유하는 수성 영양 배지 중에서, 글루코노박터 옥시단스(Gluconobacter oxydans) DSM 4025 (FERM BP-3812) 및 이의 돌연변이체로 구성된 군에서 선택된 미생물을 배양하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 발효 배지로부터 직접적으로 상기 미생물에 의해 생성된 비타민 C를 단리하고 정제하는 단계를 포함하는 D-소르비톨, L-소르보스, L-소르보손 또는 L-굴로스로부터 비타민 C를 생성시키는 방법.
- 청구항 2은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.D-소르비톨, L-소르보스, L-소르보손 또는 L-굴로스를 함유하는 수성 영양 배지 중에서, 글루코노박터 옥시단스(Gluconobacter oxydans) DSM 4025 (FERM BP-3812) 및 이의 돌연변이체로 구성된 군에서 선택된 미생물을 배양하고, 상기 미생물에 의해 생성된 비타민 C를 발효 배양액으로부터 직접적으로 단리하고 통상적인 방법으로 정제하는,D-소르비톨, L-소르보스, L-소르보손 또는 L-굴로스로부터 비타민 C를 생성시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,미생물이 글루코노박터 옥시단스 DSM 4025 (FERM BP-3812)인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,비타민 C를 L-굴로스로부터 생성시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,4.0 내지 9.0의 pH 범위와 13℃ 내지 36℃의 온도 범위에서 1 내지 5일 동안 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,5.0 내지 8.0의 pH 범위와 18℃ 내지 33℃의 온도 범위에서 1 내지 3일 동안 수행되는 방법.
