Abstract
Description
볼 소켓 조인트는 볼 스터드의 조인트 볼에 배치된 2 극 자계 발생기(자계 검출기) 및 자계 발생기의 영향 범위 내 볼 조인트 하우징에 배치된 자기 저항 센서를 갖고 있다. 여기에서, 센서에 대한 자계 발생기의 위치, 따라서 센서 자리에서의 자계가 (그 변화시) 변하게 되는, 볼 소켓 조인트의 위치와 이 위치의 변화를, 센서가 최대한 정확하게 검출된 자계를 통해 검출한다는 것이다. 이를 위해, 차량의 축 영역에서 생기는 공간적 운동을 방해하는 일 없이 생성된 측정 신호가 자동차 차체의 실제 위치 변화를 나타내도록, 센서와 자계 발생기를 조인트 볼과 볼 조인트 하우징이 서로 대향 위치하게 배치할 것이 제안된다.
Claims (10)
- 볼 조인트 하우징(1), 상기 볼 조인트 하우징(1) 내에 수장된 볼 스터드(2), 상기 볼 스터드(2)의 조인트 볼(3)에 배치된 2 극 자계 발생기(4) 및 볼 조인트 하우징(1)에 배치된 적어도 하나의 자계 방향 센서(5)를 구비하고 있고, 상기 자계 방향 센서는 자계 발생기(4)에 의해 생성된 자계와 상호작용을 하고, 상기 2극 자계 발생기(4)의 단 하나의 극만이 볼 표면에 배치되는, 볼 소켓 조인트에 있어서,상기 조인트 볼(3)은 강자성 재료로 이루어지고, 상기 자계 발생기(4)는 상기 조인트 볼 내에서 비자성 재료로 된 층(6) 내에 매립되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 소켓 조인트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자계 발생기(4)의 양 극들이 볼 스터드(2)의 대칭축 내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 소켓 조인트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 자계 발생기(4)는 막대 자석인 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 소켓 조인트.
- 삭제
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 조인트 볼 내에 위치하는 자계 발생기(4)의 극은 상자성 조인트 볼(3)과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 소켓 조인트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자계 발생기(4)에 의해 생성된 자계와 상호작용을 하고 있는 적어도 두 개의 자계 방향 센서들(5)은 볼 조인트 하우징(1) 내에 배치되어 있고, 상기 자계 방향 센서들(5)의 측정 기준축들(x, y)은 한 평면에 놓여있고 서로 평행하지 않게 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 소켓 조인트.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 두 자계 방향 센서들(5)은 판(7) 위에서 서로 90°의 각도로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 소켓 조인트.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 판(7)은 볼 조인트 하우징(1)의 폐쇄 덮개(8)에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 소켓 조인트.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 판(7)은 볼 스터드의 중심축에 대해 직각으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 소켓 조인트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 볼 소켓 조인트는 차량 레벨 검출기로서 차량의 주행 기어 내에 설치되어 있고, 상기 볼 조인트 하우징(1)과 볼 스터드(2)는 차량 새시와 차량의 차륜 현가부 사이에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 소켓 조인트.
