Description
Claims (12)
- 실린더 하우징에 의해 형성된 압축 챔버를 위한 압력 반응식 밸브 조립체에 있어서, 상기 밸브 조립체는;배출 챔버 및 흡입 챔버를 형성하는 밸브 플레이트;상기 배출 챔버와 상기 압축 챔버 사이에 배치된 압력 반응식 배출 밸브 부재;상기 흡입 챔버와 상기 압축 챔버 사이에 배치된 압력 반응식 흡입 밸브 부재; 를 포함하고 있고,상기 압력 반응식 흡입 밸브 부재는:중앙의 링 형상 보디;상기 중앙의 링 형상 보디로부터 반경방향 외측으로 뻗어 있고, 상기 밸브 플레이트에 고정되어 있는 고정 탭; 및상기 고정 탭과 상기 중앙의 링 형상 보디 사이에 배치되고, 상기 고정 탭의 대응 폭보다 작은 폭을 가지고 있는 넥 다운 영역; 을 포함하며,상기 고정 탭은 상기 넥 다운 영역을 향하여 배치되는 클램프 라인을 형성하며,상기 클램프 라인은 밸브 플레이트 개스킷의 에지에 의해 형성되며 압축기의 작동 동안 상기 흡입 밸브 부재가 굽혀지는 에지를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 반응식 밸브 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 넥 다운 영역 및 중앙의 링 형상 보디 사이의 거리는 상기 넥 다운 영역 및 고정 탭 사이의 거리 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 반응식 밸브 조립체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙의 링 형상 보디로부터 반경방향 외측으로 뻗어 있는 가동 탭을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 반응식 밸브 조립체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 가동 탭은 직사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 반응식 밸브 조립체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 가동 탭은 상기 고정 탭에 대하여 대향하여 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 반응식 밸브 조립체.
