Claims (3)
- (A) 전사 박막 제작 단계 - 투명 박막을 제공하고, 상기 투명 박막의 저면에 1층의 자외선 경화 투명 바니스를 도포해 보호층을 형성한 후, 상기 보호층의 하부에 1층의 인쇄층을 도포하여 전사 박막을 제작하는 공정;(B) 인 몰드 전사 성형 단계 - 사출 성형 금형의 캐비티 내에 상기 전사 박막을 배치하고, 상기 금형의 캐비티 내에 플라스틱을 주입해 플라스틱 사출 성형품을 형성하고, 상기 플라스틱 사출 성형품의 표면에 상기 전사 박막을 결합하는 공정;(C) 자외선 경화 단계 - 상기 보호층이 결합된 상기 플라스틱 사출 성형품의 표면에 자외선을 조사해, 상기 보호층을 경화시키는 공정;(D) 레이저 조각 패턴 제작 단계 - 레이저 조각기가 생성시키는 레이저 빔에 의해, 상기 플라스틱 사출 성형품의 표면상에 레이저 조각 패턴을 형성시키는 공정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,레이저 조각 및 인 몰드 전사 기술에 의해 플라스틱 제품상에 레이저 조각 패턴을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레이저 조각기가 생성시키는 레이저 빔은, 상기 보호층 및 상기 인쇄층을 투과해 상기 플라스틱 사출 성형품을 태워, 상기 플라스틱 사출 성형품의 표면상에 상기 레이저 조각 패턴을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,레이저 조각 및 인 몰드 전사 기술에 의해 플라스틱 제품상에 레이저 조각 패턴을 형성하는 방법.
- 인 몰드 전사 방식에 의해 1층의 인쇄층이 표면에 도장되고 상기 인쇄층의 표면에 보호층이 형성된 플라스틱 사출 성형품을 구비한 레이저 조각 및 인 몰드 전사 기술에 의해 플라스틱 제품상에 레이저 조각 패턴을 형성하는 제품에 있어서,상기 플라스틱 사출 성형품의 표면에, 레이저 조각 방식에 의해 레이저 조각 패턴을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,레이저 조각 및 인 몰드 전사 기술에 의해 플라스틱 제품상에 레이저 조각 패턴을 형성하는 제품.
