일반적으로 경질의 합성수지는 경질의 외형과 독립기포의 내부구조를 갖고 있어 단열재용으로는 적합하나 흡음재로 이용되는 어렵다.

Claims (2)
- 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,수평균 분자량 6500이상의 고분자량폴리올 90~97중량%에 수평균 분자량 1000이하의 저분자량폴리올 3~10중량%를 혼합하여 구성되는 폴리올과 정포제, 우레탄촉매 및 기포개환제로 구성되는 레진프리믹스와 폴리메릭 엠.디.아이 50~82중량%에 모노메릭 엠.디.아이 15~30중량%, 변성 엠.디.아이 2.5~10중량% 및 티.디.아이 0.5~10중량%를 혼합반응시켜 얻어지는 이소시아네이트기가 25~40중량% 함유된 변성폴리이소시아네이트를 이소시아네이트 인덱스 0.5~2.0으로 하여 우레탄 반응시켜 자동차 플로어매트 흡음재용 연질폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 발포체의 성형밀도가 60kg/m3 이하인 자동차 플로어매트 흡음재용 연질폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
