Description
Claims (8)
- 서로 교차하도록 배치되는 주사선 및 신호선과,상기 주사선과 상기 신호선의 교차에 대응하여 배치되고, 액정과 그 액정에 전압을 인가하는 화소 전극 및 공통 전극과 유지 용량(holding capacitor)을 포함하는 화소와,상기 유지 용량을 형성하기 위한 유지 용량선과,상기 유지 용량선을 구동하기 위한 복수의 유지 용량선 구동 회로를 구비하고,상기 복수의 유지 용량선 구동 회로는 상기 유지 용량선의 한쪽 끝과 다른 쪽 끝에 마련되고,상기 복수의 유지 용량선 구동 회로에 입력되는 리셋 신호에 근거하여 상기 유지 용량선의 전위가 지정 전위에 고정되도록 구성되어 있는액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지정 전위는, 제 1 전위와, 상기 제 1 전위보다 작은 제 2 전위 중 어느 한쪽에 고정되도록 구성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 액정 표시 장치를 구동하기 위한 전원을 더 구비하고,상기 리셋 신호는, 상기 전원이 온 상태가 된 후로부터 상기 주사선이 구동되기까지의 사이에, 적어도 한 번 액티브로 되도록 구성되어 있는액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유지 용량선은, 상기 주사선이 연장되는 방향을 따라 연장되도록 복수마련되고,상기 복수의 유지 용량선 구동 회로는 상기 복수의 유지 용량선의 각각에 접속되는 복수단의 회로부로 구성되고,상기 복수의 유지 용량선의 전위는 상기 리셋 신호에 근거하여 일제히 고정되도록 구성되어 있는액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 리셋 신호가 전달되는 리셋 신호선과,상기 리셋 신호선이 게이트에 접속되고, 소스/드레인의 한쪽이 상기 지정 전위에 접속되는 제 1 트랜지스터를 더 구비하고,상기 제 1 트랜지스터에 상기 리셋 신호가 입력됨으로써, 상기 제 1 트랜지스터가 온 상태가 되는 것에 의해, 상기 유지 용량선의 전위가 고정되도록 구성되어 있는액정 표시 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 소스/드레인의 다른 쪽에 접속되는 래치 회로와,상기 래치 회로의 단자에 접속되는 제 2 트랜지스터를 더 구비하고,상기 제 1 트랜지스터에 상기 리셋 신호가 입력되고, 또한, 상기 제 2 트랜지스터를 온 상태로 하는 신호가 입력되는 것에 의해, 상기 유지 용량선의 전위가 고정되도록 구성되어 있는액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 주사선을 구동하기 위한 주사선 구동 회로를 더 구비하고,상기 리셋 신호는 상기 주사선 구동 회로에 입력되는 리셋 신호인액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 화소가 복수 배치되는 표시부를 더 구비하고,상기 복수의 유지 용량선 구동 회로는 상기 표시부를 사이에 두고 대향하도록 배치되어 있는액정 표시 장치.
