Claims (8)
- 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(polymethylmethacrylate) 구상비드의 제조방법에 있어서,a) 메틸메타크릴레이트 단량체를 중합반응시켜 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트구상비드를 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 a)단계의 중합반응 후 온도를 적어도 100 ℃까지 승온시켜 잔류 메틸메타크릴레이트 단량체를 증발시키는 단계; 및c) 상기 b)단계의 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트구상비드를 에탄올과 물의 혼합용매로 세척한 후 1/100 내지 1/1000 torr의 압력, 85 내지 95 ℃의 온도에서 48시간 내지 96시간 동안 진공건조시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 구상비드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 a)단계의 메틸메타크릴레이트 단량체가 단독 또는 아크릴레이트 단량체와 혼합하여 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 구상비드의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 아크릴레이트 단량체가 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 및 2-에틸 헥실 아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 탄소수 1 내지 8의 알킬 아크릴레이트 단량체인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 구상비드의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 아크릴레이트 단량체가 메틸메타크릴레이트 단량체에 100 중량부에 대하여 0 내지 20 중량부로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 구상비드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 c)단계의 에탄올과 물의 혼합용매가 1 : 1 내지 5의 비율로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 구상비드의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 구상비드.
- 제7항 기재의 화장품용 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 구상비드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품.
