Claims (6)
- 암모니아 성분이 함유된 폐수가 집수되는 저장조(200)와,상기 저장조(200)내에 집수된 폐수가 외부로부터 유입되는 공기와 같이 유입되어 혼합물을 형성하는 혼합관(270)과,상기 혼합관(270)과 연결되어 내부로 혼합물을 분사하기 위한 분사 노즐(640)이 적어도 하나 이상 배치되고 내부에 암모니아와 폐수가 상,하로 분리되는 공간을 갖는 제거탑(600)과,상기 제거탑(600)의 상부에 연결되고 상기 분리된 암모니아 기체를 흡입하여 외부로 배출시키며 상기 제거탑(600)의 내부에 진공 부압이 형성되도록 송풍기(750)가 구비된 기체 배출관(710)과,상기 제거탑(600)의 하부에 배치되어 상기 분리된 폐수를 집수하고 상기 집수된 폐수 내의 암모니아 농도에 따라 다시 상기 저장조(200)내로 배출하거나 외부로 배출하는 배출수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수의 암모니아 처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 저장조(200)에 배치되어 상기 폐수의 수소이온지수를 계측하고 알칼리 용액을 공급하여 알칼리성 수소이온지수로 유지시키기 위한 알칼리 용액 공급부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수의 암모니아 처리장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 저장조(200) 내에 일부가 수용되도록 설치되고 상기 공급된 알칼리 용액과 저장조(200)의 폐수를 교반하는 교반기(250)를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수의 암모니아 처리장치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 배출수단은 상기 제거탑(600)의 하부 부위(630)와 연결되고 암모니아와 분리된 폐수가 집수되며 내부에 폐수의 암모니아 농도를 계측하는 암모니아 농도 측정기(805)가 구비되는 배출조(800)와,상기 배출조(800)의 일측에 연결되어 외부로 폐수를 이송하는 폐수 배출관(810)에 배치된 폐수 배출밸브(820)와,상기 배출조(800)내의 폐수가 상기 저장조(200)측으로 복귀되는 리턴 경로상에 배치된 폐수 리턴밸브(34) 및 폐수 배출펌프(14)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수의 암모니아 처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제거탑(600)은 상부 부위(610)가 원통형으로 형성되고, 하부 부위(630)가 상기 상부 부위(610)보다 내경이 좁은 직선관 형태로 형성되며, 중간 부위(620)가 상기 상부 부위(610)와 하부 부위(630)를 연결하는 원주 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수의 암모니아 처리장치.
