Claims (7)
- 방열판(300)의 양측 부위에 형성된 지지돌기(320)(320a) 사이에 길이 방향으로 형성된 장방형의 삽입홈(340);상기 삽입홈(340)에 삽입되는 다수 개의 광원(420)이 PCB(410)에 배치된 조명모듈(400);상기 조명모듈(400)의 전면 부위에 설치되어 상기 광원(420)으로부터 발광하는 빛을 전면 방향으로 확산시켜 주기 위한 반원형상의 제1지지부(210)가 형성된 광확산부재(200);상기 광확산부재(200)의 양단 부위에 내측 방향으로 각각 절곡된 걸림부(230)(230a); 및 상기 걸림부(230)(230a)가 체결되는 상기 방열판(300)의 양측 부위에 형성된 걸림홈(330)(330a); 그리고상기 걸림부(230)(230a)와 인접(引接)한 부위에 상기 제1지지부(210)와 연접(連接)하여 제2지지부(220)(220a)가 형성된 지지홈(240)(240a);상기 지지홈(240)(240a)에 각각 매칭되어 체결되는 상기 지지돌기(320)(320a);를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2지지부(220)(220a)의 단부(端部)에 길이 방향으로 각각 돌출시킨 고정돌기(221)(221a);상기 고정돌기(221)(221a)를 통해 상기 삽입홈(340)에 삽입된 PCB(410)의 표면부위(411)(411a)를 눌러 주는 것;을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸림부(230)(230a)와 제2지지부(220)(220a)는 길이 방향으로 서로 평행하게 형성된 것;을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸림홈(330)(330a)에는 걸림부(230)(230a)가 상기 제1지지부(210)에서 생성된 자체 탄성력으로 체결된 것;을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2지지부(220)(220a)의 길이가 걸림부(230)(230a)의 길이 보다 더 길게 형성된 것;을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방열판(300)에 상기 광확산부재(200)가 체결 고정된 조명장치(100)의 양단으로 전극부(111)(111a)(121)(121a)가 각각 구비된 제1캡(Cap)(110) 및 제2캡(Cap)(120)을 씌워서 체결된 것;을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸림부(230)(230a)와 제2지지부(220)(220a)는 광확산부재(200)의 중심부위를 기준으로 하여 양측에 대칭으로 형성된 것;을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED조명장치.
